General regulation

All sales are irreversible. Once an order has been placed, no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted. This policy applies to electronic publications as well as books.

Faulty Items

Baby Book Global will replace or fix at their own expense any custom-made goods discovered to be flawed in quality or sent wrongly. Under particular circumstances—such as if the fault was not caused by the products given by the customer—refunds can be provided.

Cancellation of Orders

Either party can terminate orders for goods not yet produced. Baby Book GLobal is responsible for all expenses accrued by Baby Book Global in connection with pre-manufacturing or manufacture of any product prior to notification of cancellation, nevertheless.

Authorization of returned items

Customers have to get an RMA number from Baby Book Global before sending anything back. Returns lacking an RMA number could be declined.
